I bought it on eBay from a guy in Spain... and anyway, it's not YOUR artwork, it belongs to Activision. There's plenty of other images exactly the same as yours:

If you check the date that my image was uploaded you will see that I posted it a month before MW2 was released. If you check the name of the poster on your fist link you will see that I posted it. How would you feel if someone took your artwork and put it on a a shirt or a decal or a patch and started selling it online?

Well you should have added the watermark then. If I don't want people to copy my artwork, I tick the box and then people can't use it.

You haven't even added a "Creative Commons" licence to it... so anyone looking at it will take it as "free to use."

Sorry mate, but you've left yourself wide open...
